3. Legal Basis for Processing

6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Listing data is retained for 90 days after expiration or sale. After account deletion, we retain anonymized analytics data but delete all personally identifiable information within 30 days.

8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers outside the UAE. We ensure adequate protection through standard contractual clauses and compliance with UAE PDPL requirements.
